Leadership Edge

February 2026

A leadership development experience for women who are already leading - and know the next level requires more than working harder.

You’ve earned your seat at the table.

Now the work is leading with clarity, influence, and staying power, in systems that weren’t designed with you in mind.

Leadership Edge is a selective, cohort-based leadership experience for senior women leaders navigating increased scope, visibility, and complexity — often in male-dominated environments where influence, presence, and strategic relationships matter as much as expertise.

👉 This is not early-career leadership training.

👉 This is not theory-heavy or performative.

👉 And it is not for everyone - by design.

Cohort size is capped at 15 women to ensure depth, trust, and real transformation.

Who this is for.

Leadership Edge is designed for women who:

  • Are already in senior leadership roles or have been recently promoted into them

  • Lead teams, functions, or organizations - formally or informally

  • Are navigating visibility, influence, or power dynamics in high-stakes environments

  • Want to lead more intentionally, not just reactively

  • Are ready to invest time, reflection, and presence - not just attend sessions

If you’re looking for foundational leadership skills, confidence-building basics, or generic networking, this program will not be the right fit.

What makes Leadership Edge different

Most leadership programs focus on skills.

Leadership Edge focuses on how you lead - and who supports you while you do it.

This is where self-awareness meets strategy - and where peer connection becomes a leadership asset, not an afterthought.

In this experience you will:

  • Clarify and articulate your Leadership Point of View - so you’re not shape-shifting to fit expectations.

  • Strengthen executive presence and influence without performing or pretending.

  • Learn to lead adaptive change with resilience and steadiness

  • Build a personal board of directors - a trusted circle of peers who continue to challenge, support, and advocate for you long after the program ends.

Leadership Edge combines deep individual reflection, facilitated group learning, and sustained peer connection.

  • Leadership Edge is designed for women who are already in senior leadership roles or have been recently promoted into them — and who are navigating increased visibility, influence, and complexity.

If you’re looking for foundational leadership skills, confidence-building basics, or a large networking experience, this program may not be the right fit. If you’re seeking clarity, depth, and trusted peer connection, it likely is.

  • Depth requires trust. Trust requires space.

We intentionally limit the cohort to ensure:

    • meaningful dialogue

    • individual attention

    • strong peer relationships

    • psychological safety

This is not about scale — it’s about quality of experience.

  • The application serves two purposes:

    1. To ensure the program is aligned with where you are as a leader

    2. To create a cohort of peers who can learn with — and from — one another

Many applicants tell us the application itself is a valuable reflection.

  • Leadership Edge includes:

    • Pre-work and assessments (completed in advance)

    • Four 2-hour virtual sessions

    • One 1-hour individual leadership debrief

    • One full-day in-person capstone

Participants should expect to engage thoughtfully between sessions, though there is no “homework” in the traditional sense.

  • Leadership Edge is not about fixing what’s broken.

    It’s about:

    • refining how you lead at a higher level

    • sustaining energy and resilience

    • strengthening influence and relationships

    • being intentional about the impact you want to have next

Many participants are already high-performing leaders — they come to sharpen, not start over.

  • Leadership Edge blends:

    • individual insight (assessments and 1:1 debrief)

    • cohort learning

    • peer coaching

    • facilitated dialogue

It offers the depth of coaching plus the power of a trusted peer network — something coaching alone often can’t provide.

  • Your personal board of directors is a small, trusted group of peers who:

    • challenge your thinking

    • offer perspective

    • support you through complexity

    • hold you accountable to what matters most

Leadership Edge intentionally creates the conditions for these relationships to form — and last.

  • You’re never required to overshare.

That said, Leadership Edge is built on:

    • confidentiality

    • respect

    • choice

Participants consistently report that the environment feels thoughtful, professional, and grounded — not performative or emotionally unsafe.

  • Leadership Edge does not promise titles or promotions.

    What it does support:

    • clarity of leadership identity

    • stronger executive presence

    • expanded influence

    • better decision-making under pressure

    • more sustainable leadership

For many women, these shifts directly support continued advancement.

  • The capstone will be held in the Washington DC region.

Specific location details will be shared well in advance to cohort participants allow for planning.

  • Applications are reviewed and invited participants contacted by February 13, 2026.

If it appears to be a strong mutual fit, you may be invited to:

    • a brief follow-up conversation, or

    • proceed directly to enrollment

If it’s not the right fit at this time, we’ll let you know with care.
